Charlene Barber teaching yoga

I found yoga over 18 years ago and haven't been the same since. It's helped me avoid surgeries, carry through difficult pregnancies, and find strength in some of the hardest moments I've faced. It also changed how I see myself, and how I see other people.

My practice is my playground. It's where I explore, breathe, create, and sometimes escape. When teaching, I want to offer that same exploration to you.

My group classes are energetic and growth-promoting, where community is fostered. I teach power flows that build heat and strength, and privates where we can work on exactly what you need, whether that's deepening a pose you've been chasing for years, working through an injury, or stepping onto the mat for the very first time.

Off the mat, I'm a wife and a mom of four. You'll usually catch me traveling with my family, riding roller coasters, or paddleboarding somewhere warm.
